Helpful Hints:

  • Will work in most recipes as a replacement for wheat flour.
  • Due to the subtle flavor, seasoning and herbs will elevate the taste when making gravy, or coating meats and poultry.
  • Batters may thicken as they sit and may require water to thin.
  • For yeast breads, we suggest using 1 tsp dry yeast per cup of All-Purpose Flour. Additional water will most likely be needed. Add water until dough is a sticky batter similar to banana bread. For a taller loaf, use a parchment collar at least 3 to 5 inches above the edge around the interior of the bread pan

Absolutely!

This absolutely the next flour out there!! I own a restaurant and have been searching for a good gf flour and this takes the cake (or makes the cake). Although I haven’t found it in Canada (yet?). I recommend! We made waffles this morning and they were light, fluffy, and amazing!! The pic was of them when they were already cooled down. I re tossed them in waffle maker and they crispied up again!! Well done!

It’s the best ever!

Best Cakes Ever

I have used Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend for cakes after my son found it and made me the best Gluten Free German Chocolate Cake I've ever had. Somehow it always seems more moist than a regular German Chocolate Cake. Someone not gluten free would be hard pressed to know that anything made with Pamela's Artisan flour blend is gluten free. I do all of the Thanksgiving cooking and no one has ever said a word about gluten free. I do make the "others" regular stuffing, but that's it that contains gluten.

BEST GLUTEN-FREE PRODUICTS

I love to bake but recently have made it a priority to be gluten free. I have used the one to one flour on my daughters birthday cake and it was amazing. Honestly the best cake we have made in twenty years of making her cakes. The Pancake mix is also excellent. I am trying her different recipes and loving her products!! Highly recommend!!

We have never been disappointed with Pamelas. I can make my daughter’s favorites without gluten and they taste just as good as the original recipe. We both love that.
