I bought the Pamela’s graham crackers because I’m gluten free soy free and always looking for a lite snack cookie. This fits the bill!! It’s lite and sweet and taste great!! It doesn’t taste like a regular graham cracker, I think it’s better!! I just wish they weren’t so expensive! Also if you could make a coconut cookie like this that would be great!!
