Pamela’s GF all-purpose flour has become a must for me when baking. In the past I’ve tried other commercial mixes but once I found Pamela’s , my gluten free baked products have a distinctively better texture and taste. I’m very grateful because ,as anyone who has a gluten allergy knows, it is a challenge . So, to be able to succeed in baking a tasty treat with the right ingredients - it’s a plus for us who are gluten-challenged. This quality product won’t disappoint. Also, ordering through the site was easy, packaging was secure and shipping was swift.

I wanted to try Pamelas when I realized my well known brand of gf bread flour contained wheat (and crazy expensive). I don’t want my allergen customers to have to research my products to ensure they’re safe. I’ve loved experimenting in test kitchen with Pamela’s! I did a review on TikTok as well under Bakerrach. Great results doing a blend with Pamela’s gf AP for my sourdough loaf. My pause as a micro baker is convenient access for my orders. I need ingredients that are readily available so waiting on shipping isn’t something I’d scale but I’ll definitely keep a couple bags in hand. The flavor and texture are AWESOME. Give it a try!
We serve Pamela’s pancakes to our visitors and nobody can tell they are gluten free. I add blueberries & bananas and use sparkling water when I want the fluffy and fruity.

I've had an allergy to gluten for a couple years now. Tried many different cookie brands this one by far is the worst. Love other items from this brand. These taste like burnt dirt

Aside from being gluten-free, which we did consider in choosing Pamela's over others but it was not high on the list, Pamela's is easy to use, can be used for a lot of baked or fried things, and makes the best Belgian waffles that I've ever had. From pineapple upside down cake, to coffee cakes, to muffins, it covers a wide range of territory.
My child hates them. I didn't think they were terrible.
