It tastes just like a chocolate bar. My son asks me to make this cake every year for his birthday. We've also made cupcakes one year as well. So yummy, you wouldn't know it was gluten free 😋 😜
All the products I ordered were a hit with the family. I personally love the pancake mix. My daughter who has celiac disease was impressed with the scones. The cupcakes were delicious and stayed moist for 3 days.

I have tried so many different gf biscuits and after these, nothing compares. When my local grocery store stopped selling this brand, I tried my hand at homemade. Nope, not the same. I went on Pamela’s website and promptly found auto shipping. ❤️

Grandson lives this bread! He is celiac, and Pamela’s never fails!
Everything else was fairly good, but the pecan sands didn’t make it. They ended up to be powder. They are all broken up in the little pieces, mostly crumbs.
So maybe eliminate the few chocolate chunks, it might bring the price down. Over $11.00 for one bag is just too high. I use this product only 2 times a year now!

The order arrived today. I opened one of the packages and right away looked at the expiration date. They are not expired but they are not as fresh tasting as the other ones that I ordered Non Raspberry.
Are they that different that these are not as soft as the regular fig ones?

BUT when I found this on the shelf at our local food bank in my hometown I was happy. Then I used the product and discovered that I had to find out where this is sold! It is better than the name brands and I had to locate it again. The locations listed here are not dependable, so I subscribed to ensure I have it from now on.

These cookies are still very good, but they're small compared to what they used to be when I could buy them locally at Earth Fare. They are pretty expensive, especially paying for shipping.
