Aside from being gluten-free, which we did consider in choosing Pamela's over others but it was not high on the list, Pamela's is easy to use, can be used for a lot of baked or fried things, and makes the best Belgian waffles that I've ever had. From pineapple upside down cake, to coffee cakes, to muffins, it covers a wide range of territory.

I liked the variety of the kit. I actually gave it to a good friend for her birthday. She has already shared the vanilla cake. It was yummy. I have long used the pancake mix for pancakes and onion rings.
