The fact that honey is used instead of sugar has me buying these every time I need something to bake — and I haven't seen any other company do this. I love these! Please release a chocolate-chip cookie mix that uses honey instead of sugar in the mix, too!
I have gluten free clients that love the protein pancakes that can be made with this mix.
Some will say it isn't as good without the molasses. Well my wife is allergic to cane sugar and thus molasses. I think it's the best brownie this household has seen in two and a half years. I make the extra fudgy version on the side with cashew milk and olive oil, helps with the egg allergy. I am a baker, but there is something about this mix that can't be replicated at home. I tried to make brownies for 2 and a half years. All dismal in comparison. My only recommendation is to send me some merch so I can spread the gospel.
