What to Expect from Gluten-Free Homemade Bread

Gluten-free bread bakes differently than wheat bread — and Pamela's Bread Mix is designed with that in mind. You'll get a soft, flavorful loaf with a real crumb and approximately 3.5 inches of rise. Use an 8x4 inch pan (not 9x5) for best results. If your loaf comes out gummy in the center, reduce water by 2 tablespoons and adjust from there.
