After many years of being gluten-free and being disappointed in the gluten-free baked products on the market, I made my winter goal to develop more gluten-free baking skills. My first step is to try out the flour blends and picked up Pamela's Bread Mix. (I have used other mixes for cakes and brownies in the past and never was disappointed) So farI have made two loaves of the recipe right off the back of the package and have not been disappointed. Today, I am going to make a first attempt with the dinner roll recipe I just found here as a dry run for Thanksgiving. I am sure it will be successful. I am also going to try one of the other bread recipes just to change it up a bit. Thanks for great products!
Wish you could figure out how to make less dense.
I've been using Pamela's Bread Mix to make bread, pizza, and seasoned bread for holiday stuffing for many years. Most of my immediate family is gluten-free and all prefer the flavor and texture of bread products made from this mix over those from other manufacturers.
I have tried several flours, mixes, mixing my own separately, expensive brands, more affordable brands, and Pamela's gluten-free flours always succeed above.
Pamela has been in the GF game since 1988. Way before we had all the brands and available GF products we have today. This brand is really a pioneer in gluten-free living. I can't say enough positive things about this product. I wish them all the success and that they stay in good business forever!
We have had so much success with everyone of Pamela’s products we continuously re-order and buying the store. Top notch!
