This makes the best bread I have found. I often separate into 2 smaller loaf pans and make one regular and one with cinnamon and craisins or cheese and herb. Gives variety in smaller amounts that can be finished before they go bad.

This mix makes the best bread machine bread. I can no longer find it in any stores anywhere around me, so I have tried adapting other bread machine recipes and nothing comes out delicious like this.

I have tried several pre-made loaves and several scratch recipes but this is by far the best. My kids and husband agree. Plus it is super simple to make.

I have no idea what is going on with the bread mix. I did not order this, I have received 18 4 lb bags in the last week, it is supposedly nonreturnable. I am 82 and gluten intolerant, there is no way I can use all this mix, please help. Jeanne Grantham [****].

We just bought and baked your gluten free bread mix in our bread making machine. It came out the best of any bread we’ve ever baked! Moist and utterly delicious! My husband and I are both so impressed with how amazingly good this is! I wish the price was a bit lower, because it’s hard to justify paying more than twice the price of a loaf I could buy.
