We add fruit, walnuts, vanilla and cardamom and make a big batch to eat through out the week. Top them off with a little bit of maple syrup, hot fruit, yogurt and a dash of cinnamon and ground spearmint. Yummy!

Best mix for carrot cake and pancakes
I think this mix is the best for all purpose flour. The buttermilk power and the almond meal makes it excellent for taste and texture in baked goods. Pamela's bread mix is best in making breads.
