The lemon flavor is strong enough and these buttery cookies practically melt in the mouth. I would be willing to bet if you put them up against anyone else's Lemon Shortbreads even ones with gluten, these would beat them in a taste & texture test.

Best lemon cookies we have ever had!

These lemon cookies are the best we have ever had. Their added bonus is being gluten free. I avoid gluten as I an sensitive to it.

Intense lemon taste

I'm not a big fan of these cookies due to the intensity of the lemon profile, which dominates your taste buds, more subtle balanced lemon flavor would make a better tasting cookie.

I love these cookies! Eaten alone I give them 4 stars, but they are 5-star perfection when used to make ricotta blueberry parfaits which balances out the strong/bright lemon flavor of the cookie. I mix a small spoon of powdered sugar and a quarter teaspoon vanilla into around 1 cup ricotta cheese, add fresh blueberries, and crumble the cookie over the top. This is one of my favorite summer desserts!

I was introduced to these cookies at the local health shop I work at. I decided to give them a try. Once I opened the box I couldn’t stop eating them. I would grab a box almost every few days. Unfortunately we couldn’t get them from our distributor anymore. One day I had a hankering for these cookies and decided to buy them online. I ordered 3 boxes. Upon consuming the first box, I was in heaven. These cookies are so delightful! The best taste with amazing texture in my opinion. Soft, tangy and satisfying. I never feel guilty eating these.
