Best lemon cookies we have ever had!

These lemon cookies are the best we have ever had. Their added bonus is being gluten free. I avoid gluten as I an sensitive to it.
I am so glad to be able to order them directly from Pamela's as the local grocery store is no longer selling them. We have shared these delicious treats many friends. They are so amazed that they are GF.
