The cookies arrived in pieces and crumbs. Although the taste is great, they don’t travel well and are not in shape to eat.
The shipment was timely and the other product, flour, was perfect.
The flavor and consistency of these were amazing and just as I remember, but the problem is that I did not have not one cookie in the entire package it was all crumbs. Very disappointed especially when it was bought for a dinner party and there's no way to serve crumbs that way. My boys did eat it eventually, on top of ice cream.

Good taste….especially the fig cookie
To day thst i am disappointed is a huge understatement. Due to the new packaging of these cookies( no more plastic trays to hild rhem secure), thry are nothing but cookie pieces and crumbs. I guess ill just have to say goodbye to my favorite GF treat. .

A couple of the cookies did get broken but I think is somewhat inevitable. They are incredibly delicious, crunchy and buttery
These not only taste good, but I also crumble them for pie crust. I usually use some gluten free ginger cookies, and these, to make my pumpkin pie crust for Thanksgiving. When I changed from a graham cracker crust, to this, I received tons of compliments! Again, they’re good to munch as well!

These are delicious cookies! Melt in your mouth. They come very well packed with major bubble wrap but cookies are in pieces. Still edible and yummy!
I've been eating this cookie since 2005 when I was an undergraduate studying to be a dietitian in my RDN program. I bought them for a project on Celiac disease and the gluten free lifestyle. They were so good, almost 20 years later I am still eating them and recommending them to my patients! Buttery and just-right sweet with the classic shortbread cookie texture. The best.
Wish I never tasted these delicious pecan cookies. I almost ate the whole box after dinner. They are so good it’s ridiculous. I believe I’ll be having dreams about these in my
sleep. Only thing saving me is the store I bought them from it’s not convenient, but I’d bet I’d a make a special trip. Actually, I know I will!
These are yummy alone, but I use them most often in making a crust for desserts.

I am gluten free and when I want a treat these are the cookies I go for. The only problem I have is finding them in the store. So I was forced to buy online.

I use these cookies to make gluten free pie crust. They are especially good for my pecan cheesecake pie! I wish I could find them in stores and I’m glad I can still get them directly from Pamela.
