This mix makes excellent brownies. They are moist and have a rich, chocolatey flavor. Because of a food allergy, I make them with egg replacer and they turn out great. You can serve these to guests without food allergies and they will never realize they just had brownies that are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and (when made with egg replacer) egg-free.

Honey-based has me sold — every time!

The fact that honey is used instead of sugar has me buying these every time I need something to bake — and I haven't seen any other company do this. I love these! Please release a chocolate-chip cookie mix that uses honey instead of sugar in the mix, too!

Best allergen friendly brownie money can buy

Some will say it isn't as good without the molasses. Well my wife is allergic to cane sugar and thus molasses. I think it's the best brownie this household has seen in two and a half years. I make the extra fudgy version on the side with cashew milk and olive oil, helps with the egg allergy. I am a baker, but there is something about this mix that can't be replicated at home. I tried to make brownies for 2 and a half years. All dismal in comparison. My only recommendation is to send me some merch so I can spread the gospel.

Oh my goodness! Repeat goodness.
Boxed brownie mix always taste like sugars not chocolate.
The Pamela’s has a dense texture and genuine chocolate flavor.
No more questioning yourself whether to try it or not. Buy it and get knot.
Note: I did have to add more water than listed, as well as bake longer than label instructions.

Just started a gluten free diet and made these. I added walnuts and it was pretty good. I will try again in a couple months and I probably will love it. Getting used to being gluten free is a big adjustment and things don’t taste the same.
