Pack Size

Pamela's Gluten-Free 1:1 All-Purpose Flour is a GFCO-certified artisan blend that swaps cup for cup into the recipes you already love. No dairy, no nuts, no corn, no soy, no salt, no leavening. Just scratch baking, back in your life.

Bake like you always have

Measure it 1:1 in place of wheat flour for cookies, cakes, muffins, pancakes, and pie crusts. Most recipes need no changes at all; if a batter thickens as it sits, thin it with a splash of liquid and keep going. The subtle flavor works in savory cooking too: thickening gravy, coating chicken, breading fish.

Yes, even yeast breads

Use 1 teaspoon of dry yeast per cup of flour and add water until the dough is a sticky batter, like banana bread. For a taller loaf, line the pan with a parchment collar 3 to 5 inches above the rim.

Never scoop the bottom of the bag

The 4 lb. bag keeps serious bakers stocked, and Subscribe & Save delivers a fresh bag on your schedule with 10% off every order. Pause or cancel anytime.

Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Guar Gum, Sweet Rice Flour, Rice Bran.

Certifications

This 1:1 gluten-free flour is highly praised by customers for its exceptional quality and versatility. Shoppers say it works "cup for cup" in traditional recipes, producing light, fluffy baked goods without grittiness. One customer noted their pies are so good "everyone can't tell they're gluten free." Excellent for bread, cookies, and pastries. Minor concern: one review mentioned weight vs volume discrepancies.

Great results

I have made carrot cake many times using your recipe and it's always wonderful. Today I subbed Pamela's for wheat flour in applesauce bread, recipe from Colorado Cache cookbook. It rose so perfectly and baked exactly as recipe stated. I really enjoy using this flour.

Great Gluten Free Bread

Buying the 25 pound bulk Bread mix is the best option. I make two to three loaf’s in a week and slice them, then put them in the freezer. When I need a sandwich or toast I take out what I need throw them in the toaster, put the loaf back in the freezer. It lasts a lot longer than leaving it out or in the refrigerator. I use a bread machine on a custom setting as per Pamela’s instructions.

Blueberry muffins

Baking GF, I always go by weight not volume. The volume measurements were equal to another GF flour blend but the weights were not the same. I needed to add additional Pamela's to get the proper consistency for blueberry muffins. The outcome & taste were very good.

My go-to gluten free flour mix!

Pamela’s GF all-purpose flour has become a must for me when baking. In the past I’ve tried other commercial mixes but once I found Pamela’s , my gluten free baked products have a distinctively better texture and taste. I’m very grateful because ,as anyone who has a gluten allergy knows, it is a challenge . So, to be able to succeed in baking a tasty treat with the right ingredients - it’s a plus for us who are gluten-challenged. This quality product won’t disappoint. Also, ordering through the site was easy, packaging was secure and shipping was swift.

Best cup-for-cup

I have actually replaced all wheat flour in my house with paramolas baking mix cup for cup flour replacer. Out of the six of us in this house there are only two of us that are gluten-free and I have begun doing all baking with Pamela's gluten-free flour mix. It has been a great success all around. Try it for yourself, especially if you like Tolhouse cookies. That's the absolute best crossover recipe.

Shhhhhh!! Keep this amazing flour a secret!
This is our go-to for sourdough bread. It ends up airy and crunchy (when toasted). Flavor is outstanding.
This is the only flour blend we buy anymore

Best GF flour ever!

Pamela's All-Purpose Flour is my choice for baking. Actually, Pamela's brand is the only flour I ever buy anymore. It bakes well and I have been finding a variety of recipes to try for quick breads. The texture is perfect in my baked goods... not gummy or heavy, but fluffy and light.
