This mix is perfect when we have family for waffles with fresh fruit and spray whipped cream! Really fancy company breakfast! Love it!

FODMAP Free person LOVES this mix!

I avoid all FODMAPS, including lactose and this pancake mix is great. I make waffles with it and use it as bread for all kinds of sandwiches.
