Amazing Bread in About a Minute
Craving warm, fresh bread but don't want to bake a whole loaf? This is your answer: a single serving of soft, gluten-free bread made in about a minute, right in a coffee mug. Just stir, microwave, and turn out a warm little roll ready to slice, toast, or build into a sandwich. It's the kind of clever, make-it-anywhere recipe Pamela's has been perfecting since 1988 - and with a dozen sweet and savory variations, you'll never get bored. Fresh bread, anytime you want it.

How do you make this in an oven?
Perfect recipe for one! I have a 1000w microwave and used a latte mug about the size of a burger bun. I chose to use the 1:1 all purpose flour and 2 TBS of plain Greek yogurt option. I modified by wiping butter inside the mug and doing all mixing in separate containers then pouring it into the buttered mug prior to microwaving. I also microwaved it for 90 seconds. It came out perfect!
I love that now when I want to make a sandwich or burger I can just whip this up quick and easy with no leftover bread to go stale.
Thank you for this recipe!
I would love to share my photos of end product but I don’t see an option for that.
