I love this recipe. I use it as a topper for my chicken pot pie by just dropping scoops of the batter on top of the chicken & veg mixture & baking.

This is a great, quick, and easy recipe for gluten free biscuits. The only thing I do differently is drop the dough into a muffin tin instead of a cookie sheet… They bake into a more traditional biscuit shape, a little taller and less spread out… Still fluffy inside. Thanks!
