Pancake mix is a staple at my house

I have been using this product for probably 20 years and use it for everything, sort of like how people use self rising flour. I make Pamcakes, muffins, biscuits, cookies, cakes, quick breads, pie crusts and donuts. I love to bake, using my own ideas, less sugar and healthy ingredients. It literally never fails me! I don’t add any additional leavening. Easy!
