I found a similar recipe from one of my favorite chefs- Ricardo in Montreal. I have been following him for years. I went home in April and my mom had his latest cookbook so I took a peak and saw this fun recipe and decided to try it. I made it a little easier by using Pamela's Mini Honey Grahams, and also I don't have a crock pot so I had to change the recipe and used a bain-marie in the oven instead. My version is also completely gluten-free. It's definitely a lot more work than just making regular s'mores but it's a fun and different version of what we are used to having.
