No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Line an 8x8 or a 9x9 baking dish parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, graham crackers, powdered sugar and peanut butter until combined.
  3. Transfer graham cracker mixture to the prepared dish. Spread well and press down evenly.
  4. Microwave chocolate chips according to package. Stir well
  5. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour (or until firm) before slicing. Store covered in the refrigerator.
