Sherry Bundt Cake
1 package Pamelas GF yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp GF flour
4 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cream sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
Beat 4 minutes, pour into greased and sugared Bundt pan and bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees till pick comes out clean.
When completely cold turn out on plate and dust with powdered sugar.
