Excellent texture and taste!

Fantastic

We've been eating another gluten free graham cracker but these are far superior in taste. They are kid approved and love at first bite. My daughter asked for please one more cracker, and please pack this for snack.

Pamela's-- please continue to make this grain free variety. The coconut/almond flavor is out of this world. So good to have gluten free and oat free options. I only wish it also came in the snack pack form and that the packing was more distinct from the regular variety.

I was about to make my usual shortcake with spelt flour and my son asked me to use Pamela's mix instead, so I looked up this recipe. I think it came out BETTER and was YUMMIER than my usual.
Following the tips, I put it into a baking pan with sides and that worked great.
