My secrets for yummy scones - I use a cup which is half heavy cream and half milk. I usually add chocolate chips, sometimes a half a cup of pumpkin (increases cooking time a bit). I make icing using powdered sugar and water. These scones are always a hit! I’ve had others ask for the recipe. Great for a treat on Christmas morning!

I have celiac disease and have successfully used this mix for years…I use olive oil and almond milk to make egg free, dairy free, gluten free muffins, cobbler topping and biscuits. Nice texture and flavor.
I love all of Pamela’s products . I can trust them to be gluten free and very delicious! Some of my stores have stopped stocking Pamela’s so I had o come back to ordering on line and it was fast and easy.
