No response from an issue

I love the GF Honey Grahams,I have been buying them for years and the past 4 boxes were smashed when we opened them.3 boxes were from Ohio and one we got in Indiana.It was not a store issue in shipment like we thought,because it was in two different states.You can't speak live to customer service.The number says it's faster to email.No it's not 2 weeks ago I emailed Pamelas and again last week,no response at all.What is the issue and why the smashed up boxes and no response? You can't make smores with a busted up mess.
