We use this in a staple dessert in our restaurant since we changed to GF about 25 years ago

Sherry Bundt Cake
1 package Pamelas GF yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp GF flour
4 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cream sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
Beat 4 minutes, pour into greased and sugared Bundt pan and bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees till pick comes out clean.
When completely cold turn out on plate and dust with powdered sugar.

Best gulden free cake I’ve eaten

I used the 4 egg suggestion and it was so light. Loved it

soupy, never set up

I made cupcakes with the cake mix and used the exact proportions on the bag. 2 eggs, 1/2 oil 1 1/2 cup water and the bag of mix. The batter looked a little thin and I should have stopped there but went ahead and baked them any way. After 22 min, the cupcakes were runny and never set up. Why? No, I did not overmix.
