I have been baking gluten-free for over 10 years now. I was so excited to find this gf bread flour only to be completely disappointed. It doesn't set at all I had to add extra flour to most of my recipes since all of the dough was wet and wouldn't set up. I even tried simple ones i had made a thousand times and didn't ad extra flour and it was terrible. Everything i made with it tasted grainy and dirty. I am so beyond disappointed. Also to clarify I did use the recipe on the bag for the bread and it was terrible. I am the most known in my family for my gf desserts and the fact that make things that people can't get anywhere else because of being gluten-free. I am so sorry I spent money on this. Would not recommend.

I use to buy the 25 pounds of bread flour, I got so sick the last time I ordered it!! Whatever you changed the recipe in your mix has made me sick!!! Not just once but several times! Then I read there was extra fiber added to it! My celiac stomach can’t digest it properly ! Will never buy again! You ruined a wonderful product! Very disappointed!

This makes the best bread I have found. I often separate into 2 smaller loaf pans and make one regular and one with cinnamon and craisins or cheese and herb. Gives variety in smaller amounts that can be finished before they go bad.

This mix makes the best bread machine bread. I can no longer find it in any stores anywhere around me, so I have tried adapting other bread machine recipes and nothing comes out delicious like this.
