Perfect for the Bread Machine

Following the instructions, this turns out perfectly every time. Gluten-free bread can sometimes pose a challenge in the bread machine. Store-bought gluten-free bread can be full of ingredients I don’t like to consume. Love that I can control the ingredients. I have some mixing in the machine right now and I’m playing around adding dried herbs. Love this stuff!

Very tasty bread

My son just recently became gluten intolerant. He thoroughly enjoyed the loaf of bread I made. I tweaked the recipe a bit and had no problem with the bread raising . As a matter of fact I can get 2 loaves next time around using the same technique . That being adding some milk instead of all water and preparing the yeast with warm water and a little sugar before adding eggs and oil. My only issue was the cost of the mix along with shipping was a little pricey but worth it to see my son sop up his over easy eggs with a warm slice of buttered bread !

Tasty and Great Moist Texture

Always looking for good GF bread options. Found at our coop market. Made it wettish and mixed/kneaded by hand in a bowl. Yum. Will be a regular treat now.

Great taste and texture when made in bread maker

The texture and taste of the bread is great. It was moist and not super crumbly. I made it in my bread maker and it was great with just butter (which is high praise). I even waited a few days and when reheated in the microwave with a damp paper towel it was just as good.
