Banana Bread

Our original Banana Bread recipe that everyone loves! This delicious and satisfying banana bread is made with our Baking & Pancake Mix!

Ingredients

    Yield:

    • 4 TBSP butter, melted
    • ½ cup sugar or honey
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup banana, mashed
    • 1¾ cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • ½ cup nuts (optional)
Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat together butter, sugar or honey, eggs and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour into a greased 8" x 4" or 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Perfect Banana Bread!

I made banana bread yesterday with this recipe directly off the package. Absolutely perfect and such a wonderful flavor. Not to moist, not to dry....just right. Love it! I have always used Pamela's baking mix, absolutely love the flavor but this is the first time that I have made the Banana Bread - definitely not disappointed.

Perfect banana bread

This is the recipe right off the package. I love this baking mix because it yields great results each time. I modify this recipe to suit my dietary needs by substituting melted Earth Balance plant-based "butter" and replacing the sugar with Lakanto monkfruit sweetener. I sprinkled the top with fresh blueberries and chopped pecans. So delicious! Great recipe!

Best Banana Bread

I used another banana for the record, and used coconut oil instead of butter. Nonetheless, this recipe yielded the best banana bread I’ve ever had.

Best Flour Ever

I have not made this bread but I only use Pamela's for all my GF recipes. It works so well and I even made cut sugar cookies and ginger bread men that did not fall apart with this flour. It is amazing!!!

This is the best banana bread. You can’t tell it is gluten free. I make this all the time, generally adding chocolate chips. Everyone loves it
