This is the best pancake mix i ever came across; healthy, fulfilling ingredients and a mushy yet solid pancake that mixes well with fruits when added to batter. Cannot express enough how satisfied I am. Great work!

Why ruin a good thing? This used to be the best GF flour out there, for pancakes or for my delicious GF blueberry coffee cake.
I just get so angry when the best is made medicore by chintzing on the ingredients. Go back to what made you good. PLEASE

Fabulous!

No longer with buckwheat

I’ve been using this mix for about 10 years and until recently it was made with buckwheat, which made them AMAZING. Even family without wheat allergies loved them. I noticed the texture and flavor change in the last year, thinking it was my cooking until I read the ingredients. Still gluten free obviously but the texture is now more like the rice flours it uses. I know things change, terribly disappointed and won’t buy this product anymore since it’s just not what it used to be. Love your products overall.
