The pancake mix was a birthday gift for my daughter who is GF. She and her partner think it makes the best pancakes ever. She was thrilled.

i love the pancakes cooked them for the family and they didn’t even know the difference, also had the brownies and they were great. Haven’t tried the banana bread but cant wait

Best Pancakes ever!

I didn’t need to eat gluten free foods but tried Pamela’s a few years ago. I cannot eat any other pancakes now. They’re delicious, light, and easy to make. I don’t come away with the bloated feeling from other mixes I’ve used. Only problem is that our cat eats pieces of the pancakes too!
