Apple Pie

Ingredients

    Yield:

    Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Pamela’s AP Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups butter, melted
  • 5 tbsp water

  • Filling
  • 4-5 Honey Crip Apples, core and cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Pamela’s AP Flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions

    Preheat the oven to 450F

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork.

    Roll between wax paper or parchment paper. Do not refrigerate the dough like you would normally do.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

    In the meantime, prepare the filling.

    In a bowl add the apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix well and pour over the crust.

    For filling lower the temperature to 350F and bake for 30 minutes.

    Serve by itself or vanilla ice cream.
