Blondies

Blondies are a delicious sweet treat that combines brownies with cookies! With their rich buttery flavor and chewy texture, these bars are hard to resist! Get ready to enjoy these golden delights with this recipe! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pamela's All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8″x8″ baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

    In a standing mixer, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add in egg and vanilla during last minute of mixing. Turn mixer speed to low and mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Remove from standing mixer and fold in chocolate chips.

    Place dough into baking dish and smooth using the back of a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 20 minutes before removing and cutting into squares.
