This is my first time making bread. I sliced it and tried a piece when still warm. It was good. To me the real test will be when I go to make a grilled cheese sandwich or toast. So far all of your products are great.

I use this mix to make raisin bread for french toast for my family. It always cones out good. We all love the texture and flavor of the bread.
Pamela's is a WINNER! Family of four...mom and one of the daughters are gluten-free; have been for many years. And we believe we've tried 'em all - GF bread, that is. We finally put Pamela's to the test last night. Made it with the KitchenAid mixer, one pan, one oven. Could not have been easier. Five minutes out of the oven, more than half the loaf was gone. Drenched with melted butter, and in my case a generous smear of apple butter. OMG, what a delicious bread! Nice crust on the outside-beautifully light and full inside - doesn't crumble when you cut into it. We're sold.
I've been trying to find the 'perfect' gluten free bread to make PB&J sandwiches. Many of the GF breads I find are too 'savory' for the sweetness of PB&J. However, I inherited a bread maker and was excited to try it out. Pamela's Bread Mix included bread maker directions and at a reasonable price. I loved it and the PB&J sandwiches were perfect.
