Just started a gluten free diet and made these. I added walnuts and it was pretty good. I will try again in a couple months and I probably will love it. Getting used to being gluten free is a big adjustment and things don’t taste the same.
I have been a fan of Pamela's products for as long as I've been GF. Their recipes on the website are easy to follow and make delicious cakes, brownies, and cookies. I recently discovered their GF graham crackers - wow! Now I can join my grandkids when we sit around the fire and make S'mores.
My favorite brownie mix, I make the chewier one. We have many members of our family that are gluten intolerant so I make these all the time.
Order arrived quickly was packed well. I use a thermometer to check for doneness so I get soft chew every-time. They Freeze well!
My daughter makes these on repeat! We prefer the recipe with just oil and water - using a good quality olive oil. Makes it gooey and decadent. It is more cakey if you use eggs.
