I have had this beownie mix made as a cake. Just delicious and creamy!
I've never had a brownie mix better than this one, even the "normal" wheat brownies. I keep several bags on hand for those times when I need to suddenly come up with a dessert.
I love to customize the brownies, sometimes making them cake-like and sometimes fudgey. I love to chop up mint leaves from my garden and stir them in, and garnish the top with lavender flowers and leaves from my garden. I've also chopped up Lemon Verbena herb leaves from my garden and added those. Possibly my best customization is to add rose petals from my garden and a dash of rose water and cover the top with chopped walnuts. mmmmm. Oh and I forgot to mention: use coconut oil instead of butter, stir in shredded coconut and top it with pecans and coconut flakes!
this Brownie mix is awesome. But I have yet to find a bad Pamelas product.
This was very good. I used unsweetened applesauce in place of oil and 1/4 cup more of water. I had to cook it an additional 3 minutes than recipe directions.
This is a wonderful brownie mix, whether or not gluten free! I often make the more cake-like version and add pecan pieces, which is great. Easy to make, minimal clean-up, simple to bake, and just great to eat. I highly recommend Pamela’s Chocolate Brownie mix!
