Have been buying your GF bread for several years. Have had no trouble with results until I began using bulk mix. Following directions, I've had bread rise, then collapse after removing from oven after 60 minutes. With single package mix, 60 min. rise, then 60min. bake and normal cool of about 60 min. With bulk mix, same combination presents collapse on one side and uneven cooking. What do I need to change? Oven is accurate, yeast is new (according to use by date) and times have not changed. Seems to have good rise, and the finished loaf looks great until I remove it from the pan. Ideas welcome.
