I have been using Pamela’s gluten free flours for 5 years. The bread mix is easy . I use a hand mixer and bake it in a glass loaf pan!

Best bread flour I have tried and I have tried a lot of different flour mixes. I used my bread machine and the bread came out so soft and delicious. We are the whole loaf with just butter. Also want to mention that making the bread was so easy, less steps and ingredients. Highly recommend Pamela’s bread flour mix.
