- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb fresh strawberries

Beat the cream cheese until soft, then add powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla and blend until stiff peaks form.
Arrange a third of the graham crackers along the bottom of a baking dish. Spoon a third of the cream mixture on top and spread evenly over graham crackers. Top with a third of the strawberries. Repeat this step two more times for a total of three layers.
Top with strawberries and graham crackers for garnish (optional).
Let chill for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator, enjoy!
