Bulk Pancake Mix

Our family loves this mix for gluten free pancakes, waffles, and coffee cake. We're a large family, so it's convenient to have the bulk purchase option. Definitely recommend this if you love to make and eat gluten free breakfast foods. I'm sure there are other recipes to use it with, but we eat pancakes every Saturday so it works for us.

Pancake & bread mix

Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2000. As a huge bread fan, I struggled for years to find a decent bread substitute, both from recipes and mixes. While I did find some European versions that were reasonable, shipping makes them impractical. I have found Pamela's mixes to be pretty reliable and quite good, perhaps the best I have found. Great value in the 25lb packs as well.
