Grahams S’mores Crispy Treats

S'mores cripsy treats are a delightful twist on the traditional campfire dessert. Made with marshamllows, Pamela's Mini Honey Grahams, and chocolate chips, these treats are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. They are easy and quick to make, making them a great option for a last-minute dessert of snack. You can also use Pamela's regular size Honey Grahams as well.

Ingredients

    Yield:

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 5 oz marshmallows
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 6 pouches Pamela’s Honey Mini Grahams, broken in smaller pieces
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (or any chocolate you prefer)
  • Nonstick cooking spray for greasing (my preferred brand is Chosen Foods, pure avocado oil spray)
Directions

    Grease an 8” x 8” pyrex square baking dish

    Heat the broiler to high and set the rack in the upper third of the oven.

    In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-high. Add the marshmallows and place it under the broiler until the marshmallow tops are golden.

    Remove from the oven and place back on the stove.

    Stir and add the rice krispies cereal, Pamela’s Mini Grahams, chocolate chips and stir to combine.

    Immediately scrape the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer. Let cool completely, then cut into squares or bars.

A little dry

They were good but if use graham crackers I would guess 1/2-3/4 cup.
I would recommend 1 stick of butter and 1 cup marshmallows.
Otherwise it’s just too dry. I mixed and added some more marshmallows and chips on top, put under broiler and after melted then swirled the mixture.
I would also try to layer it next time. Graham crackers on bottom, Rice Krispies next and chocolate icing on top.
