- 1 box Pamela's Chocolate Chip Coconut Whenever Bars
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of instant coffee
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1/3 cup of monk fruit
- 2 tbsp of low carb white chocolate chip
- 1 cup of strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix the ingredients for the base and pour into a 8x8 silicone baking dish.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese, monk fruit, coffee, vanilla, and cacao. Spread mixture over the baked and cooled base.
Add the strawberries and white chocolate chips to the top.
