- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cocowhip (any type of cool whip variation will do)
- 24 pieces Pamela's Honey Grahams
- 2 cups chopped strawberries (or fruit of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine yogurt, whipped topping, fruit and vanilla in a large bowl.
Line baking sheet with plastic wrap and spread crackers along the bottom of the dish.
Pour on yogurt mixture and spread across the grahams.
Top with more grahams.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.
Bonus tip: wrap individually and store in the freezer.
