Waffles

Enjoy delicious, light and fluffy waffles any day of the week! Made with our Baking & Pancake Mix.

Ingredients
Directions

Whip egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, combine Baking & Pancake Mix, egg yolks, water and oil until there are no lumps. Fold in stiff egg whites and bake immediately in preheated, greased waffle iron. Serve waffles hot off the iron. For crispier waffles, increase baking time.

Waffles can be used for open-faced sandwiches too. Extra waffles can be wrapped in foil or plastic to store in freezer. Remove wrap before reheating in toaster.

Be sure to try Chocolate Waffles too!

Super Easy & Delicious!

This was such a super easy recipe, very delicious and easy to add to if you want flavors like chocolate chip or blueberry, etc. If you use a belgin waffle maker, I would recommend using a thin layer of batter as they puff up a bit. A think layer of batter on a belgin waffle maker only make 2 waffles and they are almost too thick and a bit chewy. But this recipe is definetly a keeper!

Perfect crispy waffles

Absolutely loved the results. Definitely double it for more than one person bc this only makes three. But the waffles are nice crisp and yummy. I will add a tiny bit more liquid (milk) to make it easier to spread but once I got hang of the timing of the waffle maker it was great.

I tried this recipe minus the egg yolk and I added chocolate chips. They turned out great! They were soft and fluffy on the inside with a little crunch on the edges, just the way we like them!

Sad face!!! I think, I know i must've done something wrong. My waffles came out like extra thick pancakes. They are dense, and super heavy for a waffle. I followed the recipe exactly. HELP! Oh...I bought this cutie one-of waffle iron at Target...I couldn't pass up robin egg blue, it's super tiny...do you think it could be that?
