Easy Waffles

These waffles are easy and delicious!

Ingredients
Directions

Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Batter should not be too thin or too thick. Bake immediately in preheated, greased waffle iron. Serve waffles hot off the iron. For crispier waffles, increase baking time.

Helpful hint: Try making extra and freeze for later. Wrap in foil or plastic to store in freezer. Remove wrap before reheating in your toaster. Can be used for sandwich bread in a pinch. Great for open face sandwiches!

Wonderful waffles the entire family loves

I have been making waffles for breakfast since I was a kid. In 2006 when I found out I was a celiac, I was crushed. The first gluten free baking flours and waffle mixes that I tried were so disappointing and then I was introduced to Pamela’s and my waffle routine was back, along with pancakes, coffee cake and every wonderful thing I ever enjoyed! Thank you for making the BEST gluten free baking mix there is!!!

This is such a great recipe and can be converted to vegan quite easily. I used flax seed as egg replacer and also used Pamela's Bread Mix Flour Blend and they turned out light, fluffy, moist, and chewy. This is our go-to waffle recipe. Thanks for posting and sharing!

Very easy recipe and my waffles came out great! I used a Belgian waffle maker and made a total of 2 1/2 waffles. I liked that there was no sugar in the recipe, if you love maple syrup as I do, that's all the sweetness you need. I froze 1 1/2 of them and look forward to eating them in future!

These are light and fluffy waffles. I make a double batch and freeze the extras so we can just toast them up the next time.

This was a really easy recipe and tasted great! My Grands loved them and was easy to make them crispier.
