What happened

Used this for years before COVID then traveled for 5 years just settling back down and baking again this is not the same mix I used to buy and love spent 57$ on 2 4 lb bags and everything I bake is yucky waste of time and money makes me feel sad I can't bake my favs and feel like I got ripped off

Cookie crumbles

The cookies arrived in small pieces and were damaged in shipping. The flavor was still good, but, they were also meant to bring to a party, so that did not work out!

A great treat, Pamela's Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies are a super treat as an after lunch cookie, an accompaniment to a cup of tea or a stand alone snack. Not too sweet and they don't crumble.

Pretty Disappointed

Wanted to order the Cookie MIX. Accidentally ordered the Cookies. Tried to return and the fulfillment dept is a joke. No one answers the phone. I opened a box of the cookies and they are broken. I love Pamela's mixes. Not a fan of the end product. Please get back to providing the Cookie Mixes! Also, fix your fulfillment issues!
