No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

This is the perfect summer treat for on the go snack! These bars come together with just 5 ingredients. It’s easy as throwing everything in the bowl and stir! Chill in the freezer, then enjoy! This was created by our friend Jamie at @life.and.liz. Check out her post here.
Ingredients

    Yield:

    • ¾ cup butter, melted
    • 2 cups Pamela's Honey Grahams
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

    Line an 8x8 or a 9x9 baking dish parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, graham crackers, powdered sugar and peanut butter until combined.

    Transfer graham cracker mixture to the prepared dish. Spread well and press down evenly.

    Microwave chocolate chips according to package. Stir well

    Spread chocolate mixture evenly over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour (or until firm) before slicing. Store covered in the refrigerator.
