Banana Bread Muffins

Name: Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients: 4 TBSP butter, melted; ½ cup sugar or honey; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 cup banana, mashed; 1 tsp vanilla; 1¾ cups Pamela's Baking &amp; Pancake Mix (245 gr.); ½ tsp salt; ½ cup chopped nuts, up to ¾ cup (optional)

Ingredients

4 TBSP butter, melted
½ cup sugar or honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup banana, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix (245 gr.)
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped nuts, up to ¾ cup (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° with rack in center of oven.
Beat together butter, sugar or honey, eggs, vanilla, and banana. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Scoop dough into 11 or 12 well-sprayed muffin papers or well-sprayed muffin pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes; the muffins will spring back when lightly touched or an inserted toothpick will come out clean.

This is the best banana muffin recipe!!! I have made these muffins since my kids were little and they are always a hit :)
Now my oldest is 30 yrs old and she still loves them….
