I used strawberry Cashewgurt instead of the sour cream and cherry jam for filling between layers. Soooooooo delicious!

Has anyone used this great chocolate cake mix to make a chocolate/peanut butter version?

Would simply substituting peanut butter for the oil work? - or would that be too heavy to rise properly?

Everyone in my family of 8 prefers this cake mix made with sour cream over any other cake mix on the market, including the non-GF mixes. It's delicious!!

Can you use a bundt pan? If so what is the time to bake it?

By far the BEST gluten free chocolate cake box mix I've found. No need to keep searching for the perfect birthday cake for my kids. People don't believe me when I tell them it's gluten free!

Absolutely love this recipe. I get compliments from not only my gluten-free friends but my gluten friends love it as well! I frost it with chocolate ganache and put raspberry jam for the filling. It is decadent. People even ask for the recipe!!

I can't wait to make this recipe. I used the chocolate cake mix last night to make a wonderful, moist, cake but it was way too sweet! The texture was spot on, light and fluffy, but I would have enjoyed it much more if it were less sweet. Hopefully the sour cream will do the trick, I'll repost in a few weeks when I make another cake.

It's true, the addition of sour cream in this recipe makes this cake absolutely fantastic! I make this version in a cupcake and take it to work. My GF coworkers love this cake and even the non-GF people can't even tell a difference! It is a hit at weddings too because they don't taste GF.
