Such a good idea! I tweaked the spices slightly. I used a 9x6 pan, but it still took longer to bake for me. I think my oven temp might be off. I would absolutely make this again, it was super easy.

This was amazing. The kids and adults loved it! I made with egg replacer and have some playing to do for next time because the bread was heavy and undercooked on the bottom half, but it was so good overall! The parts that cooked properly were wonderful restaurant quality.

This was delicious! It was very moist and the perfect degree of firmness. I made it before traveling and it survived the flight well! I will definitely be making this again.
