Can these be made ahead and frozen?
Yes, you could freeze these and then reheat in the oven later.

I absolutely love every recipe that I have tried so far with Pamelas bread mix. Please keep the ingredients in this flour as they are. I was disappointed to see pea protein in the pasta. Unfortunately, my little girl who has Celiac has pea protein allergy. This allergy is actually under recongnized but quite common. We love the baking mix too. It is not easy to get these products in Canada specially the newer ones likes Cassava flour blend but we absolutely love this line of gluten free products.

I made these tonight and they were fabulous. They were so easy to prepare, and they were a big hit with my family. My son came in the front door and said the smell of freshly baked rolls was the perfect antidote to below freezing temperatures. The rolls were very soft and delicious, which isn't always the case with gluten free products! I will be making these again and again. Nothing could be easier, and my family who is not gluten free, loved them. I made the rolls bigger, so there were 12 instead of 20. Thank you Pamela for a wonderful range of delicious products. These were ridiculously easy to make. It's nice to be able to bake again after so many years.
