Spoon tablespoons of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork using a crisscross pattern. If desired, sprinkle tops of cookies with white sugar before baking.

Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until edges are light brown. For smaller cookies, reduce bake time. Cool completely before removing from pan with a spatula.

Delicious! The whole family loved these. Creamy peanut butter is what we had at hand, so I used that. I also added some cinnamon to the recipe and they turned out great. Definitely recommending Pamela's products to friends!

I made these cookies for the first time.

Loved them!

I used dark brown sugar & 'Smuckers' natural peanut butter.

They also freeze well.

My husband even liked them.

I need to make an additional alteration, so need an additional detail on the original recipe.

Was the peanut butter sweetened? I can't eat peanut butter (not an allergy) or cane sugar. I use a variety of unsweetened nut butters instead. I would like to try this recipe with crunchy unsweetened almond butter I just need to know if it's a straight sub, or if I need to account for the sweetener in the peanut butter. Thanks!

These were delicious. I had no crunchy peanut butter so I substituted honey oats for the crunch but these were really good.
