I couldn't find Pamela's Honey Grahams, so I substituted with Pamela's Cinnamon Grahams. I course-ground the little *cookies" and only covered the bottom of the pie pan (just 1 and 1/4 cups). It added a fun crunch to the cheesecake.
ecause of the cinnamon in the cookies, I omitted the ginger).
This recipe is such a great and easy way to enjoy cheesecake more often :)
