This is so moist and delicious. It was a big hit. I saved it and I'll be taking it again soon.

I made this for a gathering of friends. It turned out SO good. I made a couple of changes though. I used 1 + 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree. And I only used 1/4 cup of oil (I used coconut oil). Also instead of brown sugar I used coconut palm sugar. Otherwise I kept the rest the same. Oh yeah, I did not try the frosting. It was delicious without it!
