I just made these and they were a huge hit - so delicious! A couple of things to pass along. 1. I cut them into 16 squares (4x4), but because they were so rich, some people couldn't finish one. Next time I will cut them smaller. 2. I used mini chocolate chips instead of chopping up the chocolate, and used sprinkles in fall colours. Beautiful! 3. I made two batches, one with regular cream cheese and one with lower fat Neufchatel cheese. The Neufchatel version cracked a little on top (I used the water bath for both) and was a little softer textured, but was just as delicious as the full-fat version. Once I put the chocolate chips/sprinkles on, you couldn't really see the cracks. So you can really use either one, or a mixture of the two.

May I substitute dairy free plain yogurt--such as almond or coconut yogurt?
